Due to the specialist nature of many of the Andura home improvement products, they are not available directly to the public but are supplied to Andura registered contractors, who have shown a commitment to quality workmanship and good customer service.
Andura products are also available to nominated contractors for commercial, local authority and housing association-specified projects.

To carry out all installations to the highest possible standard in accordance with Andura’s documented specifications, procedures and guidelines

To fully comply with all health and safety regulations that pertain to your business and to fully comply with all relevant environmental regulations, including the correct disposal of waste such as empty containers and surplus coating materials

Registered Contractor – The scope and limitations of Andura’s responsibilities
Andura monitors the performance of its registered contractors. Feedback from the customers about our registered contractors is an important information source. Any reported issues of concern regarding Andura’s registered contractors are investigated. Andura will always engage with such issues in a positive manner and work to assist with resolutions.
Andura does not issue installation guarantees. Any guarantee offered by contractors is from the contractor alone. Andura cannot accept any contractual liabilities for the failure of its registered contractors to fulfil their legal obligations.
In the event that an Andura registered contractor is found to be not following Andura’s Code of Conduct, suspension of registration will be considered. Andura reserves the right to remove contractors from its registration scheme if they are consistently and/or repeatedly failing to follow the code of conduct.

​​Manufacturer's Warranty
1. Product performance – AnduraTex, Pro-Flex Ultimate, Andura-Sil, Classic Smooth, Roofgard, Pro-Clear Ultimate and Clear-Gard.
The Manufacturer warrants that if, in the period of the product warranty specified in clause 1.3, from the date of completion of application of the Product named fails to perform in accordance with the product data sheet, current at the time of supply of product, due to the Product being defective at the time of supply by the Manufacturer, so as to cause material defect or failure of the applied product, the Manufacturer will supply sufficient Product for the replacement of the defective area.

1.1. The Product must be applied to a sound substrate which is thoroughly prepared in accordance with the appropriate product data and sound practice. Any failure in any pre-existing or underlying coating is not covered by this Warranty.

1.2. The Product must be applied by the Registered contractor, whose registration must be current and up to date, with a signed Registered Contractor Agreement in place.

1.3. The Product Warranty is only valid in conjunction with an installation guarantee supplied by the Registered Contractor carrying out the installation. The length of the Product guarantee shall match the length of the installation guarantee up to a maximum of 15 years.

1.4. The Product must be applied in accordance with the product data sheet, current at time of supply of the product, and all the product data shall be applicable to this Warranty.

1.5. The Manufacturer does not warrant that the Product will bridge any ‘live’ cracks in the substrate.
​
1.6. The warranty is conditional on the applied product, which is exposed only to fair wear and tear.
​
1.7. The property owner shall inform the Manufacturer in writing of any defect as soon as it is discovered and give the Manufacturer the opportunity to inspect the area affected.

1.8. The Manufacturer shall in no circumstances be liable in respect of any indirect or consequential loss or damage sustained by the property owner or Registered Contractor including any loss or damage to any of the contents of the building where the material is applied or consequent on any interruption or interference with the property owner’s business or activities or use of the building where the material is to be applied, whether or not such loss or damage is attributed to any negligence of the part of the Manufacturer or its servants or agents.

1.9. The maximum liability of the Manufacturer under this Warranty shall be to the value of the goods originally supplied for the particular Project.
